Chatham Police Department issued the following announcement on Feb. 17.
Make it a point today to say or do something kind for someone. It could be something as simple as holding the door open for someone, complimenting someone, or just giving some positive words of encouragement to someone who you know needs it. Want to know the easiest one of all that is super easy to do? Smile! The simple act of smiling at someone could brighten their day and be just what that person needed to see. Plus, they say smiling makes you feel better too, so it’s a win win!
