MEMBERS PRESENT: Tony DelGiorno, Pam Deppe, Tim Krell, Jason Ratts, Vera Small, Jeff Thomas
MEMBERS ABSENT:
OTHERS PRESENT: Mike Cowles, Andy Goleman, Charlie Stratton, Denise E. McCrady (Secretary)
Chair Krell called the meeting to order.
A motion to approve the minutes of the November 4, 2019 meeting was made by Deppe and seconded by Small. Motion carried (6-0).
Andy Goleman, Auditor and Mike Cowles, Deputy Auditor, addressed the Committee requesting approval of a resolution to renew the commercial property and casualty insurance coverage with CHUBB for the County real estate. A motion to approve the request was made by Thomas and seconded by Ratts. Motion carried (6-0).
A motion to approve the purchase reports was made by DelGiorno and seconded by Small. Motion carried (6-0).
There was no old business and no public comment.
A motion to adjourn was made by Ratts and seconded by Deppe. Motion carried (6-0). Meeting adjourned.
