Others present: Clerk Dahlkamp, Attorney Moredock, Police Chief Foli, and Village Administrator McCarthy.

Les Morgan- Fish Fry's every Friday through Lent. Veteran's Memorial 20th Anniversary planning is starting this year.

Darlene Judd- Questions on warrants. Inquired when there was a discussion for the police vehicle purchase on the agenda under new business.

1. Regular Village Board Meeting Minutes from Tuesday, February 25th, 2020.

2. Warrants Resolution 9-20

Trustee Mau moved, seconded by Trustee Chiaro to put the consent agenda on the table for action. The consent agenda passed 4 yes, 0 no, and 2 absent as follows: Trustee Chiaro yes, Mau yes, Detmers yes, Scherschel yes, Gerger absent, and Mann absent.

1. AN ORDINANCE EXTENDING THE HOURS OF OPERATION FOR CERTAIN HOLDERS OF CLASS “T” LIQUOR LICENSES ON SUNDAY, MARCH 15, 2020, Ordinance 20-8

Trustee Scherschel moved, seconded by Trustee Mau to put the ordinance on the table for action. Trustee Scherschel moved to ammend the ordinance to "R1 for all establishments on date". This was seconded by Trustee Chiaro. This passed 4 yes, 0 no, and 2 absent as follows: Trustee Chiaro yes, Mau yes, Detmers yes, Scherschel yes, Gerger absent, and Mann absent. Ordinance 20-8 passed 4 yes, 0 no, and 2 absent as follows: Trustee Chiaro yes, Mau yes, Detmers yes, Scherschel yes, Gerger absent, and Mann absent.

2. AN ORDINANCE ENACTING AND ADOPTING A SUPPLEMENT TO THE CODE OF ORDINANCES FOR THE VILLAGE OF CHATHAM, ILLINOIS, Ordinance 20-9

Trustee Detmers moved, seconded by Trustee Chiaro to put the ordinance on the table for action. Ordinance 20-9 passed 4 yes, 0 no, and 2 absent as follows: Trustee Chiaro yes, Mau yes, Detmers yes, Scherschel yes, Gerger absent, and Mann absent.

3. A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PURCHASE OF A 2019 POLICE INTERCEPTOR SEDAN FROM MORROW BROTHERS FORD, INC., Resolution 10-20

Trustee Mau moved, seconded by Trustee Detmers to put the resolution on the table for action. Resolution 10-20 passed 4 yes, 0 no, and 2 absent as follows: Trustee Chiaro yes, Mau yes, Detmers yes, Scherschel yes, Gerger absent, and Mann absent.
