Sangamon County Building & Grounds Committee met Jan. 27.
Here is the minutes provided by the committee:
Members Present: Pam Deppe, Brad Miller, Jason Ratts, Vera Small, Jeff Thomas
Members Absent:
Others Present: Byron Deaner, Josh Langfelder, Brent Zalewski, Denise McCrady (Secretary)
Chair Ratts called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m.
A motion to approve the minutes from December 23, 2019 was made Thomas and seconded by Deppe. Motion carried (5-0).
Byron Deaner, Facilities Manager, presented his monthly report.
Josh Langfelder, Recorder, requested approval to hire a replacement Part Time-Seasonal. A motion to approve the request was made by Thomas and seconded by Small. Motion carried (5-0).
Brent Zalewski, Information Systems, requested approval of a Resolution and Purchase Order with Dell for computers, a Resolution and Purchase Order with Converge One for various services, and a Purchase Order with Gaggle Net for maintenance services. A motion to approve all three requests was made by Thomas and seconded by Small. Motion carried (5-0).
A motion for the acceptance of the Purchase Reports was made by Miller and seconded by Deppe. Motion carried (5-0).
There was no Old Business or Public Comment.
A motion to adjourn was made by Miller and seconded by Deppe. Motion carried (5-0). Meeting adjourned
