1. Approval of Resolution approving procurement of goods/services from Quick Silver for the purpose of vote by mail ballot mailing expenses for the 2020 November General Election in the amount of $81,800 and Approval of Change PO #13, for an additional amount of $63,200. This PO expense was originally $18,600 for an estimated quantity of 10,000 ballots, but due to the dramatic increase in the expected number of vote by mail ballots to be sent, it is being increased for an additional 40,000 ballots at an additional expense of $63,200.
2. Approval of Purchase Order with Illinois Office Supply for Provisional Ballot Supplies for the Nov. 3rd General Election in the amount of $24,750.
3. Approval of Purchase Order with Laserfab (Vote Armor) for 2 Drop Boxes for the Nov. 3rd General Election in the amount of $7990.00.
4. Approval of Purchase Order with Quick Silver for polling place change notices for the Nov. 3rd General Election in the amount of $4240.00. This includes printing and materials for 3 mailings: Letter to Households; Voter ID Cards to voters; Reminder Post Card to households.
