ILLINOIS STATE MUSEUM: Christmas at the Lincoln Home

Christmasdinner

Illinois State Museum issued the following announcement on Nov. 27.

Join Curator Susan Haake and Lincoln Home Interpretive Rangers for a tour of the Lincoln Home decorated for Christmas. How did the Lincolns decorate? Did they have a Christmas Tree? What was in the stockings hung by the chimney? And what was served for Christmas dinner? Put on your Christmas sweater, grab some lunch, and get comfy on your sofa while enjoying a festive virtual tour of Lincoln Home in an installment of the "Tales from the Vault" series presented in collaboration between the Illinois State Museum, the Lincoln Home National Historic Site, and the Abraham Lincoln Presidential Museum.

Registration Required Here: https://bit.ly/LincolnHomeChristmas. This program is free. Advanced registration is required and participation is limited.
