Trustee Mau moved, seconded by Trustee Sherschel to put the consent agenda on the table for action. The consent agenda passed 6 yes, 0 no, and 0 absent as follows: Trustee Mann yes, Mau yes, Chiaro yes, Gerger yes, Detmers yes, and Scherschel yes.

E. New Business

1. An Ordinance Transferring Appropriation Authority Between Line Items For The Fiscal Year Commencing The 1st Day Of May, A.D., 2020, And Ending On The 30th Day Of April, A.D., 2021, Ordinance 21-2

Trustee Detmers moved, seconded by Trustee Chiaro to put the ordinance on the table for action. Ordinance 21-2 passed 6 yes, 0 no, and 0 absent as follows: Trustee Mann yes, Mau yes, Chiaro yes, Gerger yes, Detmers yes, and Scherschel yes.

2. A Resolution Approving The Proposal For A Water Distribution Leak Survey From M.E. Simpson Co., Inc., Resolution 3-21

Trustee Chiaro moved, seconded by Trustee Mau to put the resolution on the table for action. Trustee Gerger requested that the company shows a certification of workers compensation prior to the job beginning. Resolution 3-21 passed 6 yes, 0 no, and 0 absent as follows: Trustee Mann yes, Mau yes, Chiaro yes, Gerger yes, Detmers yes, and Scherschel yes.

3. 2017-2020 Annual Report - Sangamon County Multi-Jurisdictional Natural Hazard Mitigation Plan

Joe and Rob Finney- Skateboard Park at the Community Park update.

Raj Patel- Owns Fly High Gaming Company in Taylorville. Requested that the board considers issuing an additional gaming license in Chatham.

Darlene Judd- Thanked the board for having IEMA come to the board meeting two weeks prior. She inquired who was the lead in initiating a potential deal with Ameren.

Steven Bivin- A South Sangamon Water Operator came and publicly told the board he is against starting chloramine distribution for the village. He passed out a packet to every board member to look over. He clarified he was there as an individual giving his personal opinion and not speaking on behalf of South Sangamon.
