∙ Approve to hire a Systems Analyst I at an annual salary of $75,876 effective May 1, 2021 

∙ Resolution and Purchase Order, Dell Marketing in the amount of $150,000 for upgrading personal computers and other Endpoint equipment

GIS, Tracy Garrison

∙ Purchase Order, ESRI in the amount of $6,750 for software, maintenance, etc. 

∙ Resolution and Purchase Order, Dell Marketing in the amount of $200,000 for replacing the GIS servers and storage

Building & Grounds, Byron Deaner

∙ Vending Machine contract with HOI

∙ Approve to hire a replacement Facilities Maintenance Technician at an annual salary of $68,000 effective May 2, 2021; the previous employee will leave the position at an annual salary of $68,312 on March 23, 2021 and will leave the payroll system on April 2, 2021

County Administration, Brian McFadden

∙ District Office Lease Amendment for the 117th Congress

∙ Agreement between Sangamon County and Kind Consulting, LLC and Sara Wojcicki Jimenez for assistance with public engagement, communication and recommendations to Sangamon County related to the renovation of the County building and to provide options for bicentennial commemoration

∙ Agreement between Sangamon County and JH Petty & Associates for the remodel of the existing OEM building and the construction of two pre-engineered metal buildings all to be located at 2801 N. 5th Street, Springfield

Human Resources, Charlie Stratton

∙ Approve promotion/salary adjustment for Kim Jackson from Systems Analyst II to Interim Director with an increase in annual salary from $96,880.10 to $111,412.11 effective January 1, 2021
