I. CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Rick Snyder called the City Council to order at 7:09 p.m.
II. PRELIMINARY MATTERS
A. Members present were Mayor Rick Snyder, City Clerk Ken Ortman,Treasurer David Frick, Aldermen Kevin Molohon, Andrew Gain, NateGrosboll, Bruce Gorman Acting Police Chief Mike Nichols. AldermanRick Sonnemaker and Mike Allison were absent.
III. City Treasurer
A. The City Treasurer presented the work sheets for the PoliceDepartment and Zoning Department.The Council went through each line item on the Police Departments budget worksheet.
B. The City Treasurer presented the work sheet for the Zoning Department.The Council went through each line item on the Police Departments budget worksheet.
XII. ADJOURNMENT
A motion was made by Alderman Gain and seconded by Alderman Allisonto adjourn the meeting. VOTES: Gain, yes; Allison, yes; Sonnemaker,yes; Molohon, yes; Grosboll, yes. Mayor Snyder declared the MOTION CARRIED. Meeting Adjourned at 7:34 p.m.
