Purchase Order-ACOM Solutions dba Formula One Systems Inc for annual license renewal at a cost of $5,298. Purchase Order-Modern Mailing & Printing Service for printing OP packets at a cost of $14,527.04. Purchase Order-Levi, Ray & Shoup for optical storage devices (onsite & offsite) at a cost of $13,858. Approval for Intergovernmental Agreement with the Secretary of State Office for On-Line Access.
State's Attorney - Dan Wright
effective on or after 6/28/21. The previous employee's termination date will be 5/14/21 and last paycheck date will be 5/28/21.
Public Defender's Office - Craig Reiser
Approval to Hire an Assistant Public Defender I or II at an annual salary of up to $55,690.44 effective 5/30/21. The previous employee's termination date was 4/23/21 and last paycheck date was 4/30/21.
Court Services - Mike Torchia
1. Approval of Salary Adjustment for Kent Holsopple, Deputy Director-Probation Services
from $76,995 to $78,920 effective 5/10/21. Approval to Hire an Assistant Superintendent/PREA Coordinator at an annual salary of $61,239 to $76,550 effective 6/7/21. The salary is 100% reimbursed by the State of Illinois. The current employee is being promoted to the position of Deputy Director Detention Services on 6/7/21. Approval & County Board Resolution for an SFY2022 Adult Redeploy Illinois Grant from the Illinois Criminal Justice Information Authority in the amount of $487,037. No matching funds required. Approval to utilize Probation Fees not to exceed $200 to provide a lunch meal in May 2021 for the purpose a Juvenile Redeploy Illinois planning meeting with various stakeholders. Approval of Purchase Order & contract in the amount of $21,070.12 payable to Springfield Urban League to provide case management services for the Juvenile Redeploy Illinois Grant. Approval of a Purchase Order, County Board Resolution & contract in the amount of $37,058.05 payable to Southern Illinois University School of Medicine to provide treatment services for the Juvenile Redeploy Illinois Grant.
