City of Petersburg Finance Committee met April 27.
Here is the minutes as provided by the committee:
I. CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Rick Snyder called the City Council to order at 7:04 p.m.
II. PRELIMINARY MATTERS
A. Members present were Mayor Rick Snyder, City Clerk Ken Ortman, Treasurer David Frick, Aldermen, Andrew Gain, Bruce Gorman, Rick Sonnemaker and Mike Allison. Also present was Water Superintendent Dave Troxell. Alderman Kevin Molohon and Nate Grosboll was absent.
III. City Treasurer
A. The City Treasurer presented the work sheets for the Street Dept General Fund.
The Council went through each line item on the Street Departments General Fund budget worksheet.
B. The City Treasurer presented the work sheets for the Road District #8.
The Council went through each line item on the Road District #8 budget worksheet.
C. The City Treasurer presented the work sheets for the Motor Fuel Tax Fund. The Council went through each line item on the Motor Fuel Tax budget worksheet.
XII. ADJOURNMENT
A motion was made by Alderman Gain and seconded by Alderman Allison to adjourn the meeting. VOTES: Sonnemaker, yes; Gorman, yes; Gain, yes; Allison, yes. Mayor Snyder declared the MOTION CARRIED.
