City of Petersburg City Council Met May 25.
Here is the minutes provided by the council:
I. CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Rick Snyder called the meeting to order at 7:05 p.m.
II. PRELIMINARY MATTERS
A. Members present were Mayor Rick Snyder, Aldermen Kevin Molohon, Mike Allison, Andrew Gain, Nate Grosboll. Also present were Deputy City Clerk Tracy Ciesler and Treasurer David Frick. Aldermen Bruce Gorman, Rick Sonnemaker and City Clerk Ken Ortman were absent.
III. PURPOSE OF THE HEARING
A. Mayor Snyder explained why the City would be raising sewer rates.
IV. HEARING OF CITIZENS
A. Questions were taken from the Citizens.
V. ADJOURNMENT
A motion was made by Alderman Grosboll and seconded by Alderman Gain to adjourn the meeting.
VOTES: Gain, yes; Allison, yes; Grosboll, yes; Molohon, yes. Mayor Snyder declared the MOTION CARRIED.
