Public Defender's Office - Craig Reiser

Circuit Clerk - Paul Palazzolo/David Durall

1. Approval to Hire Bridget Butler for Trainer/eFile Administrator position at an annual salary of $40,413/$20.7246 effective 8/9/21. The previous employee's termination date was 6/25/21 and last paycheck date will be 7/9/21.

2. Pre-Travel Approval for Donna Maybury to attend the Illinois Association of Court Clerks Fall Conference from 9/14-9/17/21 in Galena, IL at a cost of $879.50. 

3. Pre-Travel Approval for David Durall to attend the Illinois Association of Court Clerks Fall Conference from 9/14-9/17/21 in Galena, IL at a cost of $885.20. 

4. Pre-Travel Approval for Paul Palazzolo to attend the Illinois Association of Court Clerks Fall Conference from 9/14-9/17/21 in Galena, IL at a cost of $926.08. 

5. Pre-Travel Approval for Bridget Butler to attend the Illinois Association of Court Clerks Fall Conference from 9/14-9/17/21 in Galena, IL at a cost of $854.42.

6. Purchase Order-AdGators.com for docket digital signage at a cost of $4,013.40. 

7. Purchase Order Change for Neuhoff Media for media advertising, increasing to $17,000.

State's Attorney - Dan Wright

1. Approval to Hire an Assistant State's Attorney-Level 1 at an annual salary of up to $51,150 effective on or after 9/23/21. The previous employee will be promoted on 8/23/21. 

2. Approval to Hire an Assistant State's Attorney-Level 1 at an annual salary of up to $51, 150 effective on or after 8/23/21. The previous employee's termination date will be 7/14/21 and last paycheck date will be 7/23/21. 

3. Approval to Hire an Assistant State's Attorney-Level 1 at an annual salary of up to $49,104 effective on or after 7/14/21. The previous employee went off Fellowship status on 3/14/21. He is still employed in a different position at the State's Attorney's Office. 

4. Approval for Promotion & Salary Adjustment for Cody Follis from ASA Level 1 to ASA Level 2 effective on or after 8/23/21. His annual salary will change from $49,104 to $51,150. 

5. Approval to Hire a Lead Worker at an annual salary of up to $31,345 effective on or after 8/9/21. The previous employee's termination date was 6/25/21 and last paycheck will be 7/9/21.

Court Services - Mike Torchia

1. Approval to Hire a Detention Officer at an annual salary of $41,371 effective 7/19/21. The previous employee's termination date was 6/18/21 and last paycheck date was 6/25/21. Requesting a waiver of the 30 day lag-100% reimbursement from the State of Illinois.

3. Purchase Order-Visa/Illinois National Bank for the purchase of household items for the Juvenile Redeploy Illinois Grant in the amount of $15,000. 

4. Purchase Order-Sangamon Mass Transit for the purchase of bus tokens/passes for the Adult Redeploy Illinois Grant in the amount of $6,000. 

5. Purchase Order-Visa/lllinois National Bank for the purchase of incentives for problem solving court participants for the Adult Redeploy Illinois Grant in the amount of $4,720.

6. Purchase Order-Big Room Testing for the purchase of drug testing supplies for the Adult Redeploy Illinois Grant in the amount of $23,000.

7. Purchase Order & County Board Resolution-Gateway Foundation for treatment services for problem-solving court participants for the Adult Redeploy Illinois Grant in the amount of $140,010.

8. Purchase Order-Mental Health Center of Illinois (Memorial Behavioral Health) for treatment services for problem-solving court participants for the Adult Redeploy Illinois Grant in the amount of $10,000.08. 

9. Purchase Order-Capital Township for the payment of employment services for problem solving court participants for the Adult Redeploy Illinois Grant in the amount of $20,975.04. 

10. Purchase Order-Andrew Jolly for the payment of cognitive behavioral therapy classes for problem-solving court participants for the Adult Redeploy Illinois Grant in the amount of $8,000 

11. Purchase Order & County Board Resolution-Gateway Foundation for a Recovery Support Specialist for the Adult Redeploy Illinois Grant in the amount of $45,000. 

12. Purchase Order-SEICO for cameras for the Juvenile Detention Center for the PREA Grant in the amount of $5,225. 

13. Purchase Order-SEICO for camera installation, programming and testing for the Juvenile Detention Center for the PREA Grant in the amount of $8,600.
