∙ Approval to hire a replacement Research Clerk at an annual salary within the range of $31,345 - $43,881 effective August 9, 2021; the previous employee left the position at an annual salary of $36,358.22 on July 1, 2021 and left the payroll system on July 9, 2021

GIS, Tracy Garrison

∙ Resolution to approve and forward to the County Board a three year agreement with Environmental Systems Research Institute (ESRI) for software maintenance and licenses in the amount of $480,750

∙ Purchase Order, ESRI for Year 1 of software maintenance and licenses in the amount of $155,000

Information Systems, Kim Jackson

∙ Resolution to approve and forward to the County Board a three year Master Copier Rental Agreement with Watts Copy Systems

∙ Pre-Travel Approval for Alisa Smock to attend the Fall IACC Conference held in Galena, IL on September 14-17, 2021 with estimated expenses totaling $659.84

∙ Purchase Order, GrayShift for Graykey software licenses in the amount of $10,070
