Recognition of Visitors: Randy Shafer was in attendance to discuss the tornado sirens in Timber Ridge Subdivision. While the sirens were in use recently Randy stated that they could barely be heard. Mayor VanPelt will speak with the Mechanicsburg Fire Department to make sure it the siren is operating correctly.
Engineering Report: Phil Weber- None
Zoning Report: Dorothy Cole- There has been 1 permit issued for a garage.
Police Report: Report reviewed and discussed.
Approval of Minutes: The board approved the May 3rd Regular Board Meeting Minutes.

Board discussion for the construction of an entry façade with landscaping in Hillcrest subdivision. Trustee Hamlin will speak with neighbors about possibly removing a small portion of their fence for an entry sign to the neighborhood. Counsel suggests that if a resident were to allow a sign to be placed in their yard the village would need an easement for the said property.
Board approval of the sidewalk railing repair on south Church St. No vote is taken as the engineer is absent from meeting.
Board discussion of ordering a metal sign logo for Memorial Park. Trustee Conn will call for prices of just the logo and the logo with a sign.
Board discussion of an Intergovernmental Cooperation Agreement with Mechanicsburg Township related to street repair plan approved by the board on May 3, 2021. The village needs an Intergovernmental Agreement with the Mechanicsburg Township.
