Logan County Animal Control Committee Met July 1.
Here is the minutes provided by the committee:
Present: Mr. Schaffenacker, Mrs. Davenport, Mr. Leesman, Mr. Sanders
Absent: Mr. Farmer, Mr. Jenness
Guests: Jacki(Board Office), Don Peasley
Staff: Warden Jane Whiteman- Absent
Mr. Schaffenacker called the meeting to order at 5:45pm
Public Comments: None.
Approval of minutes: A motion was made by Mrs. Davenport, seconded by Mr. Sanders to approve the minutes from June 3rd, 2021. Motion carried.
Administrator/Warden’s report: None to report currently with the Warden being Absent
Old Business: None.
New Business: None.
Budget Review: Mrs. Davenport reached out to Jane Whiteman about the ARPA/Federal money to see if the animal control building would like to put together a wish list for the priorities for the shelter. Such as new windows or an HVAC cleaning and/or possible repairs to it. She is currently waiting for a response.
Communications:
A motion was made by Mr. Sanders, seconded by Mr. Leesman, to approve the bills. Motion carried.
A motion was made by Mr. Sanders, seconded by Mr. Leesman to adjourn the meeting at 5:54pm. Motion carried.
