On Aug. 18, Shannon Todd and Gretchen L. Magruder purchased a three bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home at 800 N. 07th St., Springfield from Harold Henry III and Jane M. Henry Buis for $169,000.

The last time this home sold was April 21, 2014. It last sold for $147,500.

So far in August 2021, 145 properties sold in Springfield.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Harold Leslie Henry has been registered to vote since 1999 and has voted in at least three primary elections, records show, including three Republican Primaries.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were four registered voters residing at 800 N. 07th St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Harold Leslie Henry, 72, Donald Ryan Buis, 36, Kimberly E. Buis, 40, and Jane Marie Buis-Henry, 61.
