Circuit Clerk - Paul Palazzolo/David Durall

1. Purchase Order Change for Sinclair Television of Illinois- zoom advertising at a cost of $6,300.

2. Approval to Hire a Phone Center Information Specialist at an annual salary of $30,460.46/$15.6207 effective 9/20/21. The previous employee's termination date was 8/13/21 and last paycheck date was 8/20/21.

3. Approval to Hire an Ordinance Violation Clerk at an annual salary of $30,460.46/$15.6207 effective 10/4/21. The previous employee's termination date was 8/20/21. Last paycheck date in this position will be 9/3/21. The current employee was promoted.

Court Services - Mike Torchia

Approval to Hire a Detention Officer at an annual salary of $41,370 effective 9/27/21. The previous employee's termination date was 8/20/21 and last paycheck date will be 9/3/21.

Requesting a waiver of the 30 day lag-100% reimbursement from the State of Illinois.

Approval to Hire a Probation Officer at an annual salary of $41,370 effective 9/27/21. The previous employee's termination date was 8/20/21 and last paycheck date will be 9/3/21.

Requesting a waiver of the 30 day lag-100% reimbursement from the State of Illinois.

Approval to Hire a Probation Officer at an annual salary of $41,370 effective 10/10/21. The previous employee's termination date will be 9/7/21 and last paycheck date will be 9/17/21.

Requesting a waiver of the 30 day lag-100% reimbursement from the Justice & Mental Health Grant for this position.

Purchase Order & County Board Resolution-Miles Chevrolet for 2022 Chevrolet Equinox SUVs (3) at a cost of $62,859.
