On Sept. 21, Timothy L. and Bene M. Nuding sold their home at 218 E. Main St., Rochester to Enrique Ayala Jr. for $270,000.

The property tax paid for this property in 2020 was $3,834.68. This is 1.42% of the sale price of the home.

So far in September 2021, 12 properties sold in Rochester.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Bene M. Nuding has been registered to vote since 1992 and has voted in at least 11 primary elections, records show, including 11 Republican Primaries. Timothy L. Nuding has been registered to vote since 1990 and has voted in at least 14 primary elections, records show, including 13 Republican Primaries.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 218 E. Main St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Bene M. Nuding, 53, Will H. Nuding, 23, and Timothy L. Nuding, 55.
