On Sept. 23, Delano Barbara S. Family Trust sold their six bedroom, five bathroom home at 1965 Outer Park Drive, Leland Grove to Troy and Kelly Klunick for $344,900.

In 2020, the property tax paid for this property was $5,281.32, which is 1.53% of the sale price of the home.

This property is the only sale in Leland Grove so far in September 2021 as of this publication.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, there were two registered voters residing at 1965 Outer Park Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020: Barbara S. Delano, 78, and John C. Delano, 49.
