On Sept. 29, Patton Repair Holdings LLC sold their property at 6000 Industrial Drive, Curran to J and J Holding Group LLC for $310,000.

In 2020, the property tax paid for this property was $6,047.62, which is 1.95% of the sale price of the home.

This property last sold for $275,000 on April 21, 2017.

This property is the only sale in Curran so far in September 2021 as of this publication.
