Pricing for the median home in Route 4/ Route 97 decreased during September 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2021 in Route 4/ Route 97, a Springfield neighborhood, fell by $29,500 while total sales decreased by 37.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2021, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $90,000 - a 24.7% decrease over the $119,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Route 4/ Route 97 in September 2020.
