September 2021: Home prices in Woodside increased

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2021 in Woodside, a Springfield neighborhood, rose by $22,000 while total sales remained unchanged with seven homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2021, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $237,000 - a 10.2% increase over the $215,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Woodside in September 2020, as well.
