Sherman home prices rose in September 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2021 in Sherman rose by $91,250 while total sales increased by 150%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2021, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $185,000 - a 97.3% increase over the $93,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Sherman in September 2020.
