The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Route 29/ Route 97, a Springfield neighborhood, rose by $2,875 while total sales increased by 22.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $33,875 - a 9.3% increase over the $31,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Route 29/ Route 97 in the third quarter of 2020.
