Home prices increased in Arlington Heights during the third quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Arlington Heights, a Springfield neighborhood, rose by $40,250 while total sales increased by 214.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were 22 homes sold, with a median sale price of $66,250 - a 154.8% increase over the $26,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Arlington Heights in the third quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Arlington Heights for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,143, approximately 1.7% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2021.
