Falling home prices in Route 97/ Walnut Street in the third quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Route 97/ Walnut Street, a Springfield neighborhood, fell by $20,300 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.
