College Street/ Lawrence Avenue median home prices rose by 99.8% in the third quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in College Street/ Lawrence Avenue, a Springfield neighborhood, rose by $39,900 while total sales decreased by 30.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $79,900 - a 99.8% increase over the $40,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in College Street/ Lawrence Avenue in the third quarter of 2020.
