The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Route 54/ Sangamon Ave., a Springfield neighborhood, rose by $28,400 while total sales increased by 47.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were 34 homes sold, with a median sale price of $104,400 - a 37.4% increase over the $76,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 23 homes sold in Route 54/ Sangamon Ave. in the third quarter of 2020.
