Home prices increased in College Street/ Ash Street during the third quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in College Street/ Ash Street, a Springfield neighborhood, rose by $20,200 while total sales increased by 208.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.
