Median home prices in Lincoln Avenue/ Fayette Avenue fell to $115,000 in the third quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Lincoln Avenue/ Fayette Avenue, a Springfield neighborhood, fell by $7,000 while total sales increased by 157.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.
