The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Woodside, a Springfield neighborhood, rose by $42,100 while total sales increased by 16%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were 29 homes sold, with a median sale price of $230,000 - a 22.4% increase over the $187,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 25 homes sold in Woodside in the third quarter of 2020.
