Home prices increased in Salisbury/ Farmingdale during the third quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Salisbury/ Farmingdale, a Springfield neighborhood, rose by $22,500 while total sales increased by 32.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.
