Pleasant Plains home prices fell in the third quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Pleasant Plains fell by $67,000 while total sales increased by 66.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $115,000 - a 36.8% decrease over the $182,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Pleasant Plains in the third quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Pleasant Plains for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,050, approximately 2.7% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2021.
