The third quarter of 2021: New Berlin experienced a 8.6% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in New Berlin rose by $11,750 while total sales increased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $148,000 - a 8.6% increase over the $136,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in New Berlin in the third quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in New Berlin for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,945, approximately 2% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2021.
