The three bedroom, 1.3 bathroom home at 29 Lake Knolls Drive, Springfield was sold on Oct. 12 by Mark R. Puett and Melissa A. Puett Ring for $132,000. The buyer was Peyton Beal.

This home last sold for $112,000 on Sept. 2, 2016.

So far in October 2021, 55 properties sold in Springfield.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Melissa A. Ring has been registered to vote since 2015.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 29 Lake Knolls Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020: Aaron Nathaniel Joyner, 43, Gregory D. Metcalf, 40, and Melissa A. Ring, 42.
