On Oct. 15, John Dixon purchased a home at 505 Dawson St., Springfield from Diana M Valois and Alfred Moscardelli (living trust) for $45,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $1,162.34, 2.58% of the sale price of the home.

So far in October 2021, 93 properties sold in Springfield.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Hunter Morgan Burris, 27, was the only registered voter residing at 505 Dawson St. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
