The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $3,543.52, 2.89% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on May 10, 2016 for $108,000.

So far in October 2021, 169 properties sold in Springfield.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, there were two registered voters residing at 510 Williams as of Oct. 10, 2020: Mercedes Lynn Bolden, 25, and Shae Renee McCain, 42.
