On Oct. 25, Rebecca Cisco and Rebecca Markley sold their three bedroom, two bathroom home at 2524 Arrowhead Drive, Springfield to David Petrilli and Catherine Petrilli Niggemeyer for $200,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $3,722.52, 1.86% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on Oct. 30, 2013 for $139,900.

So far in October 2021, 188 properties sold in Springfield.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, there were three registered voters residing at 2524 Arrowhead Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020: Carol C. Cisco, 58, Duane Robert Cisco, 59, and Collin C. Cisco, 26.
