1. LO 20-21 118 Resolution to reappoint Jane Whiteman as the Warden for Logan County Animal Control.

2. LO 20-21 119 Resolution to reappoint Matthew Viner as the Assistant Warden for Logan County Animal Control.

• Building & Grounds (Blankenship)

1. Motion to approve new Orr Building lease in the amount of $2,000/month through 2023 subject to the State’s Attorney’s approval.

2. Motion to request proposals from photographers within Logan County for the purpose of historical documentation of the Logan County Courthouse Restoration.

• CAPCIL (Hepler)

• Executive & Personnel (Schaffenacker)

1. Motion to approve MOU with Children’s Home and Aid to support the Butterfly Project.

• Finance (Jenness)

1. Motion to approve to take the FY 21/22 Budget off display.

2. Motion to freeze hiring through fiscal year 2022 for any new positions that did not exist prior to 10/01/2021 as well as freeze on refilling any current positions vacant longer than 10/01/2019 unless approved by the Logan County Board by two thirds vote but not to include any part time or seasonal positions.

3. Motion to approve the Ordinance abating the tax hereto levied for the year 2021 to pay the principal of and interest on Taxable General Obligation Bonds (Courthouse Public Facility Sales Tax Alternate Revenue Source), Series 2020A, and General Obligation Bonds (Courthouse Public Facility Sales Tax Alternate Revenue Source), Series 2020B, of the County)

4. Motion to approve Resolution for Annual Abatement Ordinance abating the tax hereto levied for the year 2021 to pay the principal of and interest on $600,000 Taxable General Obligation Bonds (Alternate Revenue Source), Series 2012, of the County

5. Motion to allocate ARPA funds for premium pay in the amount of $4,000 for each fulltime nonunion employee and $13.00 per hour up to and not to exceed $2,000 for each nonunion part time employee that has worked for Logan County from March 1, 2020 through March 1, 2021.

6. Motion to include employees hired after March 2021 to still be eligible for the part time premium pay of $13.00 per hour up to and not to exceed $2,000.

7. Motion to approve LO 20-21 123 FY 20-21 Budget Amendment.

8. Motion to approve FY 21-22 Budget.

9. Motion to approve the FY 21/22 tax levies.

1. Motion to designate the County Board liaison to the BOH as a member of the Mental Health Advisory Board.

• Insurance/Legislative/Liquor (Welch)

1. Approval of the 2022 Regular Board Meeting Schedule.

• Planning and Zoning/Economic Development (Hepler)

1. Motion to amend the CUP 3-CU-20 to allow the continuous pour extended hours for Mulligan Solar Farm for 6 months at the receipt of the delayed transformer.

2. Motion to approve the extended hours for site inspection, monitoring, and testing at Mulligan Solar Farm.

3. Motion to approve the Logan County Board Chairman as a contact person for any economic development inquiries for Logan County.

• Road and Bridge (Farmer)

1. Motion to approve a utility agreement with Frontier to move communications cables along 5th Street Road. The County’s share is $42,864.47 payable from Motor Fuel Tax funds.

2. Resolution LO 20-21 121 to approve the 2022 Motor Fuel Tax Maintenance Program on County Highways in the amount of $1,036,470.87.
