On Nov. 30, Carrington Mortgage Services LLC purchased a home at 105 Fenway Park, Chatham from Carrington Mortgage Services LLC, Town & Country Bank, Wilmington Savings Fund Society and Juniper Mortgage Loan (trust) for $174,775.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $4,731.28, 2.71% of the sale price of the home.

The last time this home sold was Oct. 29, 2009. It last sold for $178,000.

So far in November 2021, 16 properties sold in Chatham.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, there were two registered voters residing at 105 Fenway Park as of Oct. 10, 2020: Alexandra R. Griffith, 38, and Aaron T. Griffith, 40.
