On Nov. 30, Pba Holdings LLC purchased a property at 225 E. Cook St., Springfield from Cook Witter Inc. for $550,000.

In 2020, the property tax paid for this property was $13,193.30, which is 2.4% of the sale price of the home.

So far in November 2021, 208 properties sold in Springfield.
