On Dec. 3, Emily and Michael Shumard sold their home at 724 W. Monroe St., Auburn to Nicholas and Hanna Erwin for $122,500.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $2,535.60, 2.07% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on April 21, 2017 for $119,000.

So far in December 2021, this is the only property that sold in Auburn as of this publication.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Michael Shumard has been registered to vote since 2019. Emily Nicole Shumard has been registered to vote since 2005.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 724 W. Monroe St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Rhett J Sample, 81, Michael Shumard, and Emily Nicole Shumard, 35.
