On Dec. 3, Michael Q. McPeek purchased a home at 63 Ramblewood Drive, Chatham from Richard E. and Theresa A. Burwitz for $170,000.

In 2020, the property tax paid for this property was $3,501.04, which is 2.06% of the sale price of the home.

So far in December 2021, this is the only property that sold in Chatham as of this publication.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Theresa A. Burwitz has been registered to vote since 2004. Richard E. Burwitz has been registered to vote since 1990 and has voted in at least seven primary elections, records show, including one Democratic Primary and six Republican Primaries.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
