Doris D. Witt acquires 105 N. Main St., Loami

The home at 105 N. Main St., Loami was sold on Dec. 1 by Nancy K. Koehler and Koehler Family Trust for $125,000. The buyer was Doris D. Witt.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $1,731.14, 1.38% of the sale price of the home.

So far in December 2021, this is the only property that sold in Loami as of this publication.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Nancy K. Koehler has been registered to vote since 1984 and has voted in at least five primary elections, records show, including five Republican Primaries.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 105 N. Main St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Nancy K. Koehler, 79, and Charles R Koehler, 88.
