On Dec. 7, Cory B. and Kassie R. Furman purchased a home at 604 Flaggland Drive, Sherman from Mary Ellen Johnson, Ellen Kalips Ingersoll (estate) and Ellen Lucille Dec Ingersoll for $139,000.

In 2020, the property tax paid for this property was $967.36, which is 0.7% of the sale price of the home.

So far in December 2021, three properties sold in Sherman.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Ellen L. Ingersoll has been registered to vote since 1984 and has voted in at least eight primary elections, records show, including six Democratic Primaries and one Republican Primary.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 604 Flaggland Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020: James L. L. Raley, 31, and Ellen L. Ingersoll, 97.
