December 2021: Route 4/ Route 97 experienced a 25.2% drop in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2021 in Route 4/ Route 97, a Springfield neighborhood, fell by $31,950 while total sales decreased by 37.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2021, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $95,000 - a 25.2% decrease over the $126,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Route 4/ Route 97 in December 2020.
