Pricing for the median home in 16th Street/ Ash Street decreased during the fourth quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2021 in 16th Street/ Ash Street, a Springfield neighborhood, fell by $22,000 while total sales increased by 71.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2021, there were 12 homes sold, with a median sale price of $11,000 - a 66.7% decrease over the $33,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in 16th Street/ Ash Street in the fourth quarter of 2020.
