Home prices decreased in Route 54/ Sangamon Ave. during the fourth quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2021 in Route 54/ Sangamon Ave., a Springfield neighborhood, fell by $5,500 while total sales increased by 37%, according to BlockShopper.com.
