Median home prices in Pawnee fell to $109,900 in the fourth quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2021 in Pawnee fell by $50,100 while total sales increased by 57.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2021, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $109,900 - a 31.3% decrease over the $160,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Pawnee in the fourth quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Pawnee for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,408, approximately 2.2% of the median home sale price for the fourth quarter of 2021.
